ARC is governed by four key members, Professor Ming Ming Chiu (Director), Professor Sing Kai Lo (Co-Director), Professor Zi Yan (Associate Director), and Dr Joyce Lok Yin Kwan (Associate Director), each of whom brought in their own expertise in varied fields of assessment and evaluation, leveraged on one another's research strengths, and built strong teams of staff, fellows, and research postgraduate students.
